We do not guarantee any specific financial result, resale margin, sourcing outcome, or business performance. Any figures, examples, or case studies shown on the site are illustrative and are not a promise of results.
Accounts and account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, access links, or codes issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Notify us immediately at support@daniel-services.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or access credentials. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or shared.
Purchases, pricing, and payment

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@daniel-services.com. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
